Capturing the essence of the character and the music of Nathalie Duchene is like considering the dichotomy which opposes day and night, the moon to the sun, she draws her inspiration from Belgian electro by Soulwax, the House/French Touch of Stardust, and the visionary techno of Kraftwerk.

Her unique style, born from this fusion of influences, makes her a prominent figure in today's electronic scene.

Nathalie Duchene grew up in Belgium and moved to Paris at the age of 18.
Soon after her arrival, she studied dramatic arts and briefly explored the world of music journalism. Covering concerts and festivals, she interviewed leading figures in the French electronic scene, including Brodinski, Yuksek, The Shoes, La femme..

Over time, Nathalie Duchene found herself behind the decks.
Embracing her DJ role and she playing for numerous brand like Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Louboutin, Givenchy during fashion week in Paris, London, Milano or NYC.
She also created some music playlists for fashion dinners, shops and special events.

She wrote original compositions for advertisements for Fred jewelry, Takasago, and Puss Puss magazine.

She play for legendary clubs such as the Rex (Paros), Bikini (Toulouse), Electric Park festival (Paris), HÏ (ibiza), Nitsa (Barcelone), Audio (Genève), Chateau de Versailles (Versailles electro)..

Her career soon took her worldwide, from Paris to Tokyo, with her techno project Jane Oak, signed on labels like OFF Recordings, Caduceus Records, and Flash Recordings, as well as her other music project O.N.O on Exploited records.
Yet, the idea of creating brighter music lingered in her mind.

In March 2022, Nathalie released her debut solo EP "Praia" on TOY TONICS.

Remixes by Yuksek and Boombass (Cassius) help complete the duality which defines Nathalie Duchene.

In 2023 she released her single « don’t go » on Boston Bun ‘s Circa’99 label, taking inspiration from Daft Punk’s raw filtered synth sounds and drops them over thumping house drums with a belting female vocal deep in the mix. It’s brightly colored, peak time track.

Alongside this, her passion for the French Touch movement inspired her to create the "Face to Face" parties, where she played B2B with artists who shaped and championed this cherished genre. Guests included Busy P (Pedro Winter), Breakbot & Irfane, Etienne de Crécy, Bob Sinclar, Dj Falcon, …

In September 2024, she performed at Paris 2024 Paralympics Closing Ceremony and announced signing new track « Puppy » with Australian label Club Sweat.

She’ll be on tour in 2025 all around Europe and Asia.
